Stanton Farms is family owned and operated, located on 16 acres just outside of Paonia, CO at an altitude of 6250 ft. on Garvin Mesa with stunning views of the North Fork Valley and the West Elk Wilderness Range. Originally a fruit orchard, Stanton Farms is now growing over 1200 lavender plants, featuring 20 different cultivars, including six delectable culinary varieties and many other mints, 100 pinot noir vines and perennial herbs.

Celebrating 50 years of farming in 2024! We use steam distillation on-site to extract and create our high quality aromatic lavender oils and hydrosols. All of our growing methods and products are embraced with the highest integrity, care and all natural practices. Visit our website and shop our products online, schedule a Lavender Picnic, and get tickets to Mama Lingua with Eleanor Hibbard on Sunday, July 21st, 2024 with The Storm Cellar’s pop-up wine bar starting at 5PM.
