Sacred Mountain Botanicals & Fitness creates small-batch herbal products and wellness offerings rooted in respect for the land and community. We craft organic loose-leaf herbal tea blends, infused local honey, and raw honey produced in partnership with a Paonia beekeeper. Many of the herbs used in our blends are grown or wildcrafted here in the North Fork Valley whenever possible. Our work honors traditional herbal wisdom while supporting local farmers and sustainable practices. In addition to botanicals, we offer holistic personal training and outdoor fitness classes designed to strengthen body, mind, and spirit. Founder Vincenzo is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and is currently completing his Master Herbalist certification.
