At Gray Acres, we specialize in clean protein. We grow the best pasture-raised poultry on the Western Slope: grown with care and butchered on-site. We offer whole and half-birds fresh from June to October and frozen throughout the rest of the year. In addition to our flocks of birds, we raise a small herd of Highland Cows and offer grass-fed beef in the fall/winter. We engage in holistic and humane practices that provide our animals with safe and healthy environments.
