We are a commercial kitchen for agricultural producers and makers of all kinds. We lease space to creative food makers, hold special food events and teach classes about food preparation. We are currently partnering with Technical College of the Rockies and hosting some of their programming at our facility, they have provided us with some specialty equipment available for rent including a commercial dehydrator, piston filler and packaging equipment. Our members currently produce raw food crackers, bread, pastries, hot sauce, jams, mustard, Worcestershire sauce. Friday nights feature food by Citizen Raw (menu changes weekly) and Sunday evenings feature Indian Food.
